2006 Mazda 3

The 2006 Mazda 3 is modeled on the Volvo S40 platform, and the series was launched to fill the void left by the Protégé sedan and Protege5 hatchbacks. The '06 Mazda 3 offers several significant upgrades compared to previous models.

Due to addition of variable valve timing on the 2006 model I sedan, it will now get a 5 horsepower increase taking it to a total of 150 hp. The '06 model also provides better fuel efficiency than its predecessors.

The car comes with a new five speed automatic transmission option for the 2006 I sedan model, and there is an option to fit a sports pack as well which will have special side skirts, bumpers, fog lamps and 17” alloy wheels.

The company has also released a 2.3 liter 2006 Mazda 3 S series Grand Touring model which has lots of add-ons like heating for the leather seats, rain sensing automatic wipers, a trip computer and auto headlights.
